The TAH study program is encouraging tourism innovation through beverage products in Manukaya village

Politeknik Pariwisata Bali, through its Food and Beverage Service Program (TAH), continued its Community Service Program (PKM) in Manukaya Tourism Village, Tampaksiring, Gianyar. This initiative follows a similar program conducted in May 2024 and this time focuses on traditional beverage-making training to enhance local skills in the tourism sector.
This training plays a vital role in supporting tourism product innovation, especially in food and beverage services for international-scale events. By introducing traditional beverage products, it is hoped that Manukaya Village will attract more tourists and enrich their experience during their visit.
