This decree governs policies for achieving Equality within the Bali Tourism Polytechnic environment. The key points addressed in this decree include:
1. Bali Tourism Polytechnic is committed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), one of which is equality.
2. The principle of equality is established as a guiding reference in the formulation of strategic policies at Bali Tourism Polytechnic.
3. In the execution of duties and functions as well as the establishment of policies, Bali Tourism Polytechnic is committed to realizing equality (without discrimination based on religion, gender, age, nationality, ethnicity, race) with the following principles:
a. Upholding equality and non-discrimination in:
1) The selection and admission of new students.
2) The implementation of learning activities, including academic advising and final assignments.
3) Academic and general services.
4) The recruitment and development of employees.
5) The provision of compensation based on job level, performance achievements, and other criteria.
6) The appointment of leadership, structural, functional, executive, and other positions.
7) The determination of workload, performance evaluation, and compensation.

b. Supporting the implementation of gender roles equally by:
1) Providing maternity leave in accordance with applicable regulations.
2) Granting paternity leave for civil servants whose wives give birth in accordance with applicable regulations.
3) Facilitating childcare by striving to provide childcare services through independent schemes or partnerships.

c. Firmly opposing forced labour, modern slavery, human trafficking, and child labour in the implementation of human resource management.

d. Employees and students may file complaints or reports to the relevant head of the department if they suspect violations of these equality principles.

e. Taking serious action on complaints related to discrimination and ensuring the security and safety of victims from further discrimination, violence, and/or injustice.

1. Bali Tourism Polytechnic is committed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

2. In support of the government's plan to reduce carbon emissions and achievethe SDGs, Bali Tourism Polytechnic implements an environmentally friendly policy movement (zero waste, zero emission, rich in biodiversity, and cultural diversity).

3. Establishing Bali Tourism Polytechnic's commitment to achieving Net Zero Emission by 2045.

4. Implementing activities to achieve Net Zero Emission by 2045, which include:
a. Encouraging the increased use of bicycles, electric vehicles, and buses, as well as designating certain roadways as free from motorcycles and cars to reduce fuel consumption within the Bali Tourism Polytechnic campus.
b. Allocating sufficient human resources, materials, and funding to implement Net Zero Emission by 2045.
c. Continuously promoting Bali Tourism Polytechnic's commitment to achieving Net Zero Emission by 2045 to faculty, staff, students, and the surrounding community.
d. Designing, constructing, and developing campus buildings and other facilities with environmentally friendly principles.
e. Encouraging collaborations with various stakeholders to realize Net Zero Emission by 2045 at Bali Tourism Polytechnic.
f. Developing a roadmap as a foundation for achieving the Net Zero Emission goal.

POLICY ON PUBLIC ACCESS TO FACILITIES (SDG11)
This decree governs public access to the facilities of Bali Tourism Polytechnic. The main
points stipulated in this decree are as follows:
1. Bali Tourism Polytechnic is committed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and the facilities of Bali Tourism Polytechnic, being state-owned, can be optimized for the benefit of the academic community and the public in accordance with the values mandated by the SDGs.

2. The facilities of Bali Tourism Polytechnic include:
a. Cultural heritage physical facilities (such as Plaza Saraswati, Watugunung Amphitheatre, Nithi Bhuwana Temple, and others).
b. Library
c. Outdoor gardens.
d. Sports facilities.
e. Use of rooms in buildings.

The general public can access these facilities on a limited basis.

The limited access referred to is obtained by adhering to the following principles:
a. Submission of a written request before the activity: Members of the public wishing to access campus facilities must submit a written request to the Director of Bali Tourism Polytechnic at least 14 days before the planned access.
b. Prioritization of use for educational and internal campus activities: Permission for access can only be granted if the campus facilities are not being used for educational purposes and internal campus activities.
c. Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and preservation of facilities: The public must maintain the cleanliness and preservation of the facilities.
d. Maintenance of campus security and order: The public must ensure campus security and order. Before accessing campus facilities, the public must report to the Security Unit of Bali Tourism Polytechnic and obtain entry permission from the Security Unit and/or management.
e. Adherence to regulations regarding Non-Tax State Revenue: The public must comply with regulations related to non-tax state revenue regarding access to facilities.
