Politeknik Pariwisata Bali (Poltekpar Bali) welcomed a delegation from Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, Uzbekistan.
Bali Tourism Polytechnic (Poltekpar Bali) welcomed Mr. Akmaljon Odilov (Head of the Tourism Department) and Mr. Mukhammarmurod Yorqulov (Head of Academic Planning and Development) from Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage, Uzbekistan, on Friday, December 13, 2024.
Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage is a leading university and center of education and knowledge in Uzbekistan. Both Poltekpar Bali and Silk Road University share the distinction of being under the Ministry of Tourism in their respective countries.
The Director of Poltekpar Bali, Dr. Drs. Ida Bagus Putu Puja, M.Kes, explained that Poltekpar Bali has a significant goal of creating professionals with globally recognized skill standards. He expressed that collaboration opportunities with Silk Road University, Uzbekistan, would provide new experiences not only for students but also for Poltekpar Bali’s faculty members to share knowledge and collaborate in both education and research fields.
Mr. Akmaljon also shared his strong hope to begin collaboration with Poltekpar Bali soon. He indicated that various cooperation opportunities, once implemented, would benefit both institutions, particularly by providing new learning experiences for students.
