ITDC Partners with Poltekpar Bali to Enhance Transportation Service Quality at The Nusa Dua

PT Pengembangan Pariwisata Indonesia (ITDC) collaborates with Politeknik Pariwisata Bali (Poltekpar Bali) to enhance transportation service quality at The Nusa Dua. This initiative is carried out through the Hospitality and Excellence Service Training for The Nusa Dua Transport Association. This program is part of ITDC’s Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) efforts to create human resources (HR) that are professional and meet international hospitality standards. As a result, after completing this training, 50 members of The Nusa Dua Transport Association will be able to provide the best experience for visitors to The Nusa Dua.

"This collaboration is a manifestation of the synergy between the education sector and the industry in producing competent human resources who are ready to provide excellent service to tourists," said I Made Agus Dwiatmika, General Manager of ITDC The Nusa Dua, in an official statement on Wednesday (December 11).

The Head of Implementation from Poltekpar Bali, I Putu Esa Widaharthana, mentioned that this training program provides important knowledge for participants to understand aspects of tourism, technology, and cross-cultural service, enabling them to compete in the 4.0 and 5.0 industry era. The training was divided into three main sessions. The first session was a training on Basic Professionalism, led by Dr. I Nyoman Sudiksa. This session is expected to build a professional attitude in tourism service.
