Dewi Saraswati is honored as the Goddess of Knowledge, greatly respected by the people of Bali. She is manifested in a dance performed during the Graduation Ceremony at Politeknik Pariwisata Bali.

This dance symbolizes the bestowing of knowledge upon humanity, illustrated by the arrival of the dancer portraying Dewi Saraswati to welcome the top graduates.

This has now become a tradition at every Graduation Ceremony held by Politeknik Pariwisata Bali.
