Bali Tourism Polytechnic (Poltekpar Bali), through its Human Resources Department, held a Pre-Retirement Preparation Training for civil servants (PNS) who are scheduled to retire in 2026. The training took place on May 6–7, 2025, in Bandung, West Java, and was attended by nine participants:
The training aimed to comprehensively prepare participants—psychologically, physically, financially, and socially—for the transition into retirement. Using an educational, consultative, and participatory approach, this initiative represents a concrete step by the campus to support the well-being of its human resources until the final phase of their service.
