Bali Tourism Polytechnic Partners with Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University to Establish International Tourism Vocational Center
On Tuesday, July 23, 2024, a delegation from Jiangxi Science and Technology Normal University (JXSTNU), including Mr. Pei Hongwei (President of University Administrative Committee), Mr. Zang Honghua (Dean of Research Achievement Transformation Center), Ms. Shen Guihua (Deputy Dean of Vocational Education Research Institute), Mr. Li Zhiqiang (Lecturer of School of Tourism and History Culture), Mr. Zhong Jiayu (Lecturer of School of Tourism and History Culture), and Ms. Liu Ying (Lecturer of School of Tourism and History Culture), visited the Bali Tourism Polytechnic campus. They were welcomed by the Director of Bali Tourism Polytechnic, Dr. Drs. Ida Bagus Putu Puja, M.Kes., and his team, and held discussions regarding the implementation of the cooperation agreement between the two institutions.
In his speech, President of University Administrative Committee, Prof. Pei Hongwei, expressed that JXSTNU is pleased to collaborate with Bali Tourism Polytechnic. This cooperation is expected to continue growing and could potentially involve other institutions in China, particularly in Jiangxi.
During the visit, the signing of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) was conducted by the Director of Bali Tourism Polytechnic and the President of the University Administrative Committee, which also marked the inauguration of the “International Tourism Vocational Center.” The inauguration was symbolized by the unveiling of the Center's plaque by the Director of Bali Tourism Polytechnic and the President of the University Administrative Committee.
This agreement is expected to foster close collaboration between the two institutions, including capacity development through faculty and student exchanges, technology development, international joint community service, and international joint research. – D.C
