Bali Tourism Polytechnic holds a Faculty Performance Dialogue and Employee Performance Target Formulation.
Bali Tourism Polytechnic held a Lecturer Performance Dialogue and Employee Performance Target Preparation on Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
The event, held at the Widyatula MICE Building at Bali Tourism Polytechnic, was officially opened by the Director of Bali Tourism Polytechnic, Dr. Drs. Ida Bagus Putu Puja, M.Kes. In his welcoming speech, Dr. Puja explained that the preparation of Employee Performance Targets (SKP) is crucial in ensuring the sustainability of quality and productivity as academics.
"I would like to emphasize several important points that serve as guidelines in preparing SKPs that align with the expected performance, namely: 1. Integration with institutional goals, 2. SMART principles (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound), 3. Increasing Collaboration and Innovation, and 4. Constructive evaluation and feedback," added the Director of Bali Tourism Polytechnic.
Held in a hybrid format, the event was attended by all the management of Bali Tourism Polytechnic.
