Bali Polytechnic Study Program Signs MOA with Surabaya State University Culinary Management Study Program
Bali Tourism Polytechnic welcomed the visit of the Surabaya State University (UNESA) Faculty of Engineering team on Thursday, August 1 2024. The group was welcomed directly by the Head of the Sub-Division of Academic Administration and Cooperation, Mr. Drs. I Putu Tonsen, accompanied by the Coordinator and Secretary of the Culinary Arts Study Program (SKU) as well as the Head of the Bali Poltekpar Kitchen Lab.
The visit of the UNESA Faculty of Engineering was represented by the Coordinator of the Undergraduate Culinary Engineering Study Program, Dr. Sri Handajani, S.PD., M.Kes, and staff. This visit was a benchmarking of the Kitchen Practice Lab and the signing of the MoA between the Bali Poltekpar Culinary Arts Study Program and the UNESA Culinary Arts Study Program.
This collaboration is a good step for both parties in improving the quality of education as well as a forum for exchanging insights in the field of culinary arts/catering arts education. Apart from signing the MoA, the UNESA Team was also invited to tour and see the practical kitchen lab facilities of the Bali Poltekpar and the Kamala Bali Resort Hotel.
