Bali Politeknik of Tourism Holds Workshop and Socialization on Guidelines for Implementing Organizational-Individual Performance Dialogues and Administrative Document Procedures within the Politeknik of Tourism
Denpasar, August 30, 2024 – Bali Politeknik of Tourism (Poltekpar Bali) conducted a workshop and socialization event focused on work relationships and the management of administrative documents within the institution. Proper documentation is a crucial tool for creating a professional governance ecosystem in higher education.
As a vocational educational institution under the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia, Poltekpar Bali aims for excellence in accreditation. Therefore, the management of administrative documents can mark a new beginning for well-organized documentation essential for achieving superior accreditation goals. According to the Director of Poltekpar Bali, Dr. Drs. Ida Bagus Putu Puja, M.Kes, building effective governance and a productive management system is key to enhancing organizational features, allowing different departments within Poltekpar Bali to work synergistically. The workshop and socialization event was officially opened by the director at B-Hotel on Friday, August 30, 2024, with a symbolic gong strike.
The workshop and socialization theme was “Performance Dialog, Work Relationships, and Administrative Document Management at Bali Politeknik of Tourism.” Over the next two days, participants will be guided and trained in the management of administrative document creation and work relationships by expert speakers, including:
- Mr. Irzani (General Bureau of Law and Procurement, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy)
- Mr. Anotoni Prakoso (Human Resources and Organization Bureau, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy)
- Mr. Moch Nurul Huda (General Bureau of Law and Procurement, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy)
- Ms. Siam Wahyuni (Human Resources and Organization Bureau, Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy)
