Poltekpar Bali Organizes Community Service (PkM) Activities in Panji Tourism Village
The Event Management Study Program (PKA) of Poltekpar Bali organized a Community Service (PkM) activity in the Panji tourism village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, Bali, for two days, from November 9-10, 2023. The event was themed "Event Proposal Preparation Training" for the residents of Panji tourism village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, Bali.
This activity was attended by 30 tourism practitioners, including members of Pokdarwis (Tourism Awareness Group), PKK (Family Welfare Movement) activists, village heads, and Karang Taruna (youth organization) in Panji tourism village. The event was opened by the Director of Poltekpar Bali, represented by the Head of P3M Poltekpar Bali, Dr. Ni Putu Diah Sastri Pitanatri, S.ST Par., M.Par., accompanied by the Head of the Tourism Department, I Nengah Wirata, SE., M.Par. The training invited a competent resource person in the field, Dr. Nyoman Dini Andiani, S.ST. Par., M.Par.
The aim of this activity was to provide knowledge and technical skills in event proposal preparation to the community, enabling the training participants to organize a festival event and showcase the products of the MSMEs in Panji tourism village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, Bali.
The head of Panji tourism village, Jro Mangku Made Ariawan, S.ST.Par, MBA, warmly welcomed the PkM activity carried out by the Event Management Study Program (PKA). He expressed that through this activity, Poltekpar Bali can actively contribute to improving the quality of human resources in the tourism sector, particularly in event management. He hopes that Poltekpar Bali will continue to provide ongoing support to the residents of Panji tourism village.
