"This PPID monitoring and evaluation activity is not merely a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) for the Communication Bureau but also a KPI for the entire Kemenparekraf institution. Therefore, it is important to collaborate and coordinate between work units to achieve informative values," said Sesmenparekraf Ni Wayan Giri. The Head of the Communication Bureau, as the Main PPID of Kemenparekraf/Baparekraf, I Gusti Ayu Dewi Handayani, stated that the PPID monitoring and evaluation activity is expected to align the quality of public information services between the Main PPID and the implementing PPIDs to ensure they are equally informative.

"We must align public information services between the Main PPID and the Implementing PPIDs to have the same quality of service so that in the future, all PPIDs, both central and implementing, will have informative values," said Dewi. The Director of Bali Tourism Polytechnic, Ida Bagus Putu Puja, mentioned that with the PPID monitoring and evaluation from Kemenparekraf, Bali Polytechnic is motivated to provide public services, especially public information services at PPID, in accordance with the AKHLAK culture and the 4AS Work Spirit 3G (Gercep, Geber, Gaspol).

"Our hope is that this year we will be able to rank 2nd to 5th in the PPID MONEV research," said Putu Puja. This activity was followed by a discussion and Q&A session between the Main PPID Team of Kemenparekraf and the Implementing PPID Team of Bali Tourism Polytechnic, and concluded with a field review by the Main PPID team and Poltekpar Bali's PPID to assess the availability and adequacy of facilities and infrastructure for public information services at Bali Tourism Polytechnic.
