Bali Tourism Polytechnic Conducts Socialization and Technical Guidance on the Implementation of the SRIKANDI Application
Bali Tourism Polytechnic conducted a Socialization and Technical Guidance on the Implementation of the SRIKANDI Application within the institution. The event took place on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, at the Widyatula MICE Building, Bali Tourism Polytechnic, in a hybrid format. The event featured keynote speakers Irzani, SAB (Chairman of the Archival Management Team), Oky Hertanto, S.Tr.A.P., and Diana Noviyanti, S.Kom..
This socialization activity is a follow-up to Presidential Regulation No. 95 of 2018 concerning the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) and Ministerial Decree of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform No. 679 of 2020 concerning the General Application in the Field of Dynamic Archival, the Integrated Dynamic Archival Information System (SRIKANDI).
SRIKANDI itself is a nationally applicable application for managing correspondence archiving. The purpose of this activity was to provide information on how to use the SRIKANDI application to process outgoing mail. Additionally, participants were informed about the workflow for distributing incoming mail dispositions digitally through the SRIKANDI application. The socialization was conducted in a hybrid manner, with both ASN and PTT personnel from Bali Tourism Polytechnic attending in person and online via Zoom Meeting.
