Nusa Dua – Bali Tourism Polytechnic (Politeknik Pariwisata Bali), as the leading state tourism higher education institution in Bali, continually strives to enhance the quality of its educational services, both in terms of curriculum and infrastructure, including practical facilities. As a vocational higher education institution, Poltekpar Bali consistently provides various supporting facilities for learning and skill development for its students. Therefore, maintaining and caring for practical and laboratory facilities is imperative. Under the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy/Tourism and Creative Economy Agency, Poltekpar Bali regularly undergoes evaluations and visits concerning its practical and laboratory facilities.

The Evaluation and Visit of Practical Facilities at Poltekpar Bali took place on Wednesday, January 10, 2024, at the MICE Widyatula Building, Poltekpar Bali. This event was attended by an evaluation team from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy, along with the Advisory Board, Management, Heads of Departments, Program Coordinators, and Laboratory Heads within Bali Tourism Polytechnic, who directly visited all practical laboratories. The visitation covered the Laboratories of the Tourism Destination Program, Tourism Business Travel, Convention and Event Management, Room Division, Hospitality Accounting Management, Culinary Arts, and Food and Beverage Service. Besides inspecting and monitoring the quality of Poltekpar Bali’s facilities, the event also included an Exit Briefing, where the Head of the Evaluation Team presented the results of the visitation.

The event aimed to ensure that practical activities at Bali Tourism Polytechnic could be conducted more effectively and supported by equipment that meets the latest industry standards.
